If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from www.absoluteathleticcare.com, you may return within 60 days the product(s) with your order number for a refund amount of the purchase including shipping. Please call or email customer service to initiate the return process at 909-217-3167 or info@absoluteathleticcare.com.

If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, retain the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately at 909-217-3167 or info@absoluteathleticcare.com. The carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.

Return or exchange products purchased from other retailers?

Unfortunately, return and exchange services are only extended to customers that shop absoluteathleticcare.com. We will evaluate product defects on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our customer care team at 909-217-3167 or info@absoluteathleticcare.com and we will do our very best to assist you.

BACK ORDERED & OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS

We do not take back orders on out-of-stock items. However, we are very diligent in letting our customers know when a popular item is back in stock. This is communicated via the Absolute e-newsletter.

 

APO/FPO ADDRESSES

Orders may be delivered to the above mentioned addresses however, tracking information will be limited once the package is outside the United States for APO/FPO addresses. If you are active duty and your order is going to a military facility please email us for a refund of your shipping charges, info@absoluteathleticcare.com.
